The regular maintenance of your telecommunication system will keep it operating productively and efficiently. Working Telecoms can provide the regular maintenance and service of your system, as well as being on call for you if a problem does arise, offering you real peace of mind.

We are dedicated to providing a level of service and support that meets our customer’s expectations every time. We aim to have any query or fault resolved as quickly as possible reducing the amount of disruption to your business. We have the ability to access systems remotely to assess and resolve a situation keeping downtime to a minimum.

Whether you are an existing customer or a company looking for a new service provider, Working Telecoms have a range of maintenance packages to suit most budgets and level of service required, from a ‘pay as you go’ service to a comprehensive retainer contract.

Retainer Contract

The Retainer Contract is our flexible service contract, providing you with a cost effective means of keeping your telecommunication system operating smoothly. Your details are held with us and in the event a query or fault occurs we can decide on the level of response appropriate to attend to it.

The contract includes:

  • Free Telephone support
  • Free dial-in support
  • Forward purchased call out charges
  • Discounted replacement parts
  • Variable call out rate (dependent on the nature of the query)

Fixed-rate Contracts

We have three levels of fixed rate contract - Bronze, Silver and Gold, to meet individual needs and budgets of all our customers. Your full details are held by us and all contracts include either an annual or bi-annual inspection. These fixed-rate contracts differ in price, response time and the equipment and infrastructure specified for maintenance. Please contact us for more information on fixed rate contracts.

Pay As You Go

A Pay As You Go service is available to those customers who wish not to be tied into a maintenance contract. We will attend to a call out if a fault occurs. This will be at a variable rate depending on the nature of the fault and impact to you.

Please Note: Working Telecoms do not ask you to sign a contract until the end of the warranty and this means you try the service first before you sign.
